The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Samina is a spacious and modern villa that enjoys a quiet and at the same time central location, just 500 meters from the Pepe la Sal shopping center, in whose surroundings there are a wide variety of restaurants. In addition, only 5 minutes by car separate us from the wonderful coves and beaches of the Benissa coast and 4 km from the center of Moraira, where there is also a wide range of restaurants and bars, beaches and water sports. Samina is located in a cul-de-sac, offers peace and relaxation, in a comfortable home with a high degree of privacy and south orientation to enjoy the evenings watching the sunset.
A spacious private pool, a large terrace equipped with sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and an exotic garden surround our pleasant barbecue area. The villa has two connected levels with both external and internal spiral staircases. From the parking, some stairs go up to the first floor that accesses the spacious living room with A/C + Sat + TV + DVD, perfect to enjoy meals while looking out at beautiful views of the Peñón de Ifach and Bernia mountain, thanks to the large windows that light up the whole living area.
We have a kitchen equipped with everything you need, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a full bathroom. At the level of the pool, there is the entrance to the lower part of the house, where we find a small living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and at the end of the corridor a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, this bedroom has direct access to the pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the villa has central heating for the winter months.
